Seasonal Home Decor & Lifestyle Subscription Boxes
Our subscription boxes — including the ELhyme Home Decor Box, Lifestyle Box, and Mystery Box — ship for Free to most U.S. locations. A shipping surcharge may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Each Box ships four times per year around the following dates:
All boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on your location.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, including to Canada.
Gift Boxes & Individual Store Items
All gift boxes, decor bundles, and individually sold items typically ship within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) of order placement, unless otherwise specified.
Order Processing & Tracking
We take great care to pack and ship each order to ensure your items arrive safely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please note:
Delivery & Responsibility
Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ELhyme LLC releases all responsibility for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact your local carrier office for further assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date before your order is processed. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at Team@elhyme.com before your order ships.

Refund & Return Policy: All sales are final. ELhyme LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you’re not in love with an item, feel free to re-gift it to a friend. In the rare case of damaged items, please contact Team@elhyme.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and shipping box.
How to Report a Damaged Item

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the required four photos of the item and box.

Our team will review your claim and contact you within 3–5 business days with next steps.
